Summary of the project

This EU funded Project is set up with the main objective to contribute to improvement of efficiency of the prosecutorial and the penal systems of the Republic of Serbia by introducing an efficient case management and statistical system, based on the standard content management system software.

Both the Republican Prosecutors’ Office and the Prison Administration, under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice, are in need of an Integrated and Standardised Software Application.  This project aims at designing, developing, configuring and implementing such a software solution.

The above mentioned software is aimed to enhance the efficiency of the business processes of the Prosecutors’ Offices i.e. a Standardised Software Application for the Serbian Prosecution (SAPO) and to enhance the efficiency of the business processes of the Prison Administration; i.e. the Software Application for the Prison Administration (SAPA).

Programme/Project objectives

The subject matter of the project which this contract is part of is to design, to develop, to configure and to implement a software solution for both the Republican Prosecutors’ Office and the Prison Administration to enhance the efficiency and the transparency of their business processes.
