Expected results
  1. Formed Working group of 7 members for the development of the Model Protocol on the Prevention and Protection of Children and youth from violence in sports and held 5 meetings;
  2. Five focus groups held with at least 25 key stakeholders in the process of developing the Model Protocol ;
  3. Prepared and published Model Protocol for Prevention and Protection of Children and Youth in Sports;
  4. The raising awareness campaign conducted and final National Conference on improving the system of protection of children and youth from violence in sport  held

Target Groups

Sport workers, State officials, Children and youth, the media, Parents, general public, the final beneficiary are children with emphasize on children involved in organized sport activities

Programme/Project objectives

  1. Strengthening the role of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform in supporting peaceful conciliation of group interests and consolidating political participation and representation
  2. Sports associations empowered for human rights implementation and promotion through setting up a mechanism of prevention and protection of children and youth from violence in sports
