Expected results
  1. Twenty-four youth from 6 communities (Novi Pazar, Prizren, Vranje, Kamenica, Belgrade, Pristina) educated as peer educators and multipliers.
  2. Seventy-two young activists empowered to connect online and offline activism, their message spread out via video clips to 6000 youngsters as a result of the local actions conducted and promoted at lajkit.net.
  3. The “Lajk it” manual will serve as educational tool for youth activists and those working with youth.
  4. This project will have an impact on 6 communities participated in the project, since the question of intercultural dialogue will be raised in their community, schools, and municipalities.
  5. A strong network among young activists from Serbia and Kosovo will be created and they will continue working on changing of methods for connecting online and offline activism after this project.

Summary of the project

The project promotes intercultural dialogue among different ethnic and religious groups in Serbia and Kosovo, by engaging young people in online activism. Seventy- two young leaders from Serbia and Kosovo are taking part in project activities through training, creation of joint working teams, and development of a web portal, videos, and other interactive materials.

The project will be piloted in 24 high schools in 6 communities in Serbia and Kosovo.
