Programme/Project objectives

We are working to strengthen involvement of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform, as well as strengthening political participation and representation. Concretely, our initiative is establishing regular consultations between all of the relevant actors in Belgrade (including national level institutions and donors) to provide high-quality education and schooling for Roma children, by increasing capacities of both the system and beneficiaries. In addition, a strong accent is on working with the parents - mothers and fathers involved in waste collection and other grey economy activities, to bring them closer to the system and eventually induce them becoming a part of the regular system.
