Groups particularly vulnerable to the trafficking phenomenon – children on the move, refugees and internally displaced persons, stranded migrants, citizens living under the poverty line, multiple marginalized groups, ethnic groups, persons living in rural areas and uneducated in the targeted communities are benefiting from better quality of the assistance schemes implemented on the local level by sensitized and adequately networked professionals. The action’s goal is to increase the capacities of CSOs to develop mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation of local strategies and action plans related to protection of victims of trafficking and prevention of human trafficking. This is achieved through establishing regional networks with a view to improving the position of the groups especially vulnerable to trafficking, as well as by improving regional cooperation and civil society dialogue.
The overall objective of the project was to increase capacities of CSOs and local communities for efficient participation in decision making processes related to social policy improvements.
